Consent to Receive Promotional Emails

A user of the website https://limko.ru (the “Platform”), acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, gives the self‑employed Anton Aleksandrovich Lukinov (TIN 615148170623, contact address: support@limko.ru) (the “Operator”) consent to receive promotional emails and to the processing of their personal data for this purpose on the terms below and under the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy.
1. This consent is given separately from the Consent to Personal Data Processing and is not a condition for using the Platform: all of its features are available without it. The consent is given when the User ticks the “Send me emails about new features, gifts and coupons” checkbox at registration, accepts the in‑app offer to subscribe, or turns on “News, gifts and coupons” in “Profile” → “Emails”.
2. The User agrees to receive promotional and informational messages from Limko about new features and styles, gifts, promotions and promo codes at the email address specified in the account (article 18 of Federal Law No. 38‑FZ of 13 March 2006 “On Advertising”).
3. For this purpose the Operator processes the following personal data (article 15 of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”):
- email address and name (nickname);
- information about the use of the Platform — registration and last visit dates, credit balance, payments, types of generations made — to send relevant emails;
- information about email delivery and opening and about clicks on links in emails;
- information about the consent itself and its withdrawal: date, method, IP address, browser details and text version.
4. The following actions are performed with the personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, destruction — using automation tools. Emails are sent via the mail service of the Operator’s hosting provider (section 9 of the Policy); the data is not transferred to any other parties for mailings.
5. The consent is valid until withdrawn. It can be withdrawn at any time: via the unsubscribe link in any email, with the switch in “Profile” → “Emails”, or by writing to support@limko.ru from the email address specified in the account. After withdrawal, promotional emails are no longer sent.
6. Service emails — login codes, password reset, receipts and payment details — are sent under the Consent to Personal Data Processing regardless of this consent and its withdrawal.
7. Information about the consent and its withdrawal is kept while the account exists and for 3 years after the consent is withdrawn or the account is deleted, as proof of consent.
