Consent to Personal Data Processing

An individual (the “User”), by using the website https://limko.ru and related services (the “Platform”), acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, gives consent to personal data processing (the “Consent”) to the personal data operator — self‑employed Anton Aleksandrovich Lukinov (TIN 615148170623, contact address: support@limko.ru) (the “Operator”) under the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy.
1. The Consent covers processing with and without automated means. The Consent is deemed given when the User performs one of the actions below the notice “By continuing, you agree…”: completes registration by email, signs in with Yandex ID or VK ID, pays for a credit package, or ticks a consent checkbox where one is provided.
2. The Consent is given for processing the following personal data:
- name (nickname), email address, password (as a hash), avatar;
- identifier in the sign‑in service (Yandex ID, VK ID) and the name, email address and avatar received from it;
- Telegram ID, name and username — when connecting the Telegram bot;
- date of birth and adult‑confirmation flag — for access to 18+ sections;
- payment details: payment ID, amount, status, selected package (no bank card data);
- text prompts, uploaded images, audio and files, generation results, their history and settings;
- IP address, browser and device details, cookies and other identifiers, request logs;
- the content of support requests;
- Platform usage data, including data collected by Yandex Metrica.
3. Purposes: registration and access to the Platform; providing services — performing generations, including processing of prompts and materials by AI models; payments, crediting balances and issuing receipts; technical support and communication with the User; security and abuse prevention; usage analysis and improvement of the Platform; informing about news, updates and promotions (with the option to opt out).
4. The following operations may be performed: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction. The Operator may entrust processing to the parties listed in section 9 of the Policy (hosting and data storage; payments — YooKassa; analytics and prompt translation — Yandex; message delivery — Telegram) and transfer prompt text and uploaded materials to AI model providers.
5. Transfer to AI model providers: the User consents to the transfer of prompt text, uploaded materials and technical generation parameters to the AI model providers and to the model providers available through them, solely to perform the requested generation. The User’s account data (email address, name, identifiers) is not shared with them.
6. Mailings: the User agrees to receive, by email and in Telegram (when the bot is connected), notifications about the Platform as well as informational and promotional messages about news, updates and promotions. You can opt out of informational and promotional messages at any time via the link in the email or by writing to support@limko.ru; service notifications (email verification, password reset, receipts) are sent regardless of opting out.
7. Personal data is processed until the purposes are achieved or until the Operator receives a withdrawal of the Consent, and for 30 days after receiving the withdrawal. Payment records are kept for the periods set by tax legislation.
8. The Consent may be withdrawn by emailing support@limko.ru from the email address linked to the account, or by deleting the account in “Profile”. The request must state which data it concerns.
9. If the Consent is withdrawn, the Operator may continue processing without it where the grounds in clauses 2–11 of part 1 of article 6 of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” apply.
10. The Consent remains in force until the processing referred to in clauses 7 and 8 of the Consent ends.
By giving the Consent, the User confirms that they understand the consequences of its withdrawal: inability to register, access the Platform’s services, keep generation history or receive technical support.
